The terms you accept by using Signalyze.

What the service is
Signalyze is not financial advice and not a broker. It is a market intelligence service: its algorithms flag trade setups, deterministic code checks new signals against live exchange prices when they are published and scores them, and the AI Council explains each one in plain words. It is delivered through Telegram.
Who may use it
You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and using the service must be lawful there. Crypto derivatives are restricted or prohibited in some jurisdictions and it is your responsibility to know whether that applies to you.
No advice and no guarantee
Nothing published is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and nothing is a promise about any result. Validation checks consistency and plausibility only. A validated signal can lose in full. You are solely responsible for every trading decision you take.
Results shown for past signals
The result shown for a signal is calculated by the strategy Signalyze uses to manage a trade: where the stop sits and whether it moves, how much is taken at each target and how long an entry is waited for. When that strategy or the method behind it changes, the results of past signals are recalculated under the new version and replace the ones shown before. The signals as they were published, and the record of which version produced each result and when, are kept. A recalculated result describes what the current strategy would have done with a signal. It was not observed live under that strategy, and it does not include fees, funding or slippage.
Paying for a plan
Plans are bought inside Telegram, and no card details are collected on this website. A plan paid with Telegram Stars renews on its own until you cancel it, and it is cancelled in Telegram rather than here. A plan paid in crypto does not renew: it grants a fixed span of access and then ends. Access begins as soon as the payment is confirmed. Signalyze makes no promise of a refund beyond what the law where you live requires and what the payment channel you used provides, and nothing here limits a statutory right you have.
Acceptable use
Do not resell or redistribute the output as your own, do not attempt to disrupt the service or gain access to parts of it that are not yours, and do not use it to break the law. Automated scraping that degrades the service for others is not permitted.
Availability
The service is provided as it is, without a guarantee of uptime. It depends on Telegram and on third party exchanges, any of which can fail or change without notice. Features may change or be withdrawn as the platform develops.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Signalyze is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Suspension and ending access
Access may be suspended or ended where the terms above are broken, where the law requires it, or where an account is being used in a way that damages the service for other people. Where it is reasonable to do so, you will be told why. You can stop using the service at any time; a subscription that renews is stopped by cancelling it in Telegram.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the service changes. The current version is always the one on this page, and continuing to use the service after a change means accepting the updated terms.
