What the service is
Signalyze validates crypto trading signals against live market data and tracks the resulting positions, delivered through Telegram. It is an information service. It does not execute trades, hold funds, or access any exchange account of yours.
Who may use it
You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and using the service must be lawful there. Crypto derivatives are restricted or prohibited in some jurisdictions and it is your responsibility to know whether that applies to you.
Acceptable use
Do not resell or redistribute the output as your own, do not attempt to disrupt the service or gain access to parts of it that are not yours, and do not use it to break the law. Automated scraping that degrades the service for others is not permitted.
No advice and no guarantee
Nothing published is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and nothing is a promise about any result. Validation checks consistency and plausibility only. A validated signal can lose in full. You are solely responsible for every trading decision you take.
Paying for a plan
Plans are bought inside Telegram, and no card details are collected on this website. A plan paid with Telegram Stars renews on its own until you cancel it, and it is cancelled in Telegram rather than here. A plan paid in crypto does not renew: it grants a fixed span of access and then ends. Access begins as soon as the payment is confirmed. Signalyze makes no promise of a refund beyond what the law where you live requires and what the payment channel you used provides, and nothing here limits a statutory right you have.
Suspension and ending access
Access may be suspended or ended where the terms above are broken, where the law requires it, or where an account is being used in a way that damages the service for other people. Where it is reasonable to do so, you will be told why. You can stop using the service at any time; a subscription that renews is stopped by cancelling it in Telegram.
Availability
The service is provided as it is, without a guarantee of uptime. It depends on Telegram and on third party exchanges, any of which can fail or change without notice. Features may change or be withdrawn as the platform develops.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Signalyze is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the service changes. The current version is always the one on this page, and continuing to use the service after a change means accepting the updated terms.
